Rich in the Service Department worked with speed to ensure that Palmer could procure & install the correct factory-approved parts, some of which were extremely scarce across the Atlanta Metro area. The convenient appointment times were readily available. The estimated repair and wait times were accurate. The facilities (waiting room & restroom) were clean and comfortable. The free Wi-Fi allowed for remote working. It was a great experience overall.

Kim was great. Thank you! Technician that worked on vehicle needs to pay a bit more attention. When I can to pick up the vehicle after it was supposedly complete….the center console was not finished and laying in the back seat. He thought that was the way he was suppose to leave it. This vehicle was removed from Union City Jeep/Chrysler/Dodge because of their inability to fix it. The center console cover was laying in the back seat when it arrived at Palmer.
