Bought the truck they are in 2019 and they have treated me and my vehicle with the upmost respect and do what they say they’re going to do and get it back to me when they said they were going to send it back to me. Palmer Dodge is awesome.
Our salesman, Jim Miller was very accommodating and fun to work with. The finance team was also very nice and helpful to us since we had a time constraint.
On Labor Day weekend Sara Jaramillo, Service Advisor, did a superior job in the assisting/arranging of my car being brought in via a towing service and she stayed on top of the somewhat complex work request until everything was complete. Eddie Astfalk, Technician, did a first-class job of identifying the problems and quickly correcting them.

Did most of preliminary online and with talking with Brandon in which he was very helpful. Went to dealership to sign paperwork which was very hassle free and professional. Mr. Boozer was great in the finance department and explained everything very well.
My advisor was nice enough but the process at the dealership is not ideal. I made an early AM appointment prior to my visit. My expectation was that my vehicle would be diagnosed that day. I tried to call 4 times that afternoon and was hung up on after being put on hold every time. The receptionist didn't seem to care. I texted to no response. Overall my experience in the service department was very good. I had an exhaust manifold gasket go bad and had a tailgate latch recall fix performed. Everyone in the service department was very friendly. You can tell they try to offer the best service possible. Great communication via text message. The only improvement I would like to see is tightening up the appointment schedule so vehicle service can begin the same day, particularly for customers that made an appointment well in advance.
