The entire service team was professional during my visit to this dealership. Lewis explained in detail what needed to be done to complete the service work and worked with me to resolve my concerns. I will return to them again, even though it is a two hour drive.
They are great. Customer service is the best. Very consistent. The service department is 5 star

Overall this was an average experience with this service dealership. I initially had called the week before to ask questions and to schedule maintenance after a holiday weekend and was assured to bring my car in on a Monday after a holiday, only to find out that they wouldn't be able to look at it for nearly a week. I was annoyed because I literally wasted 4 hours going between Alpharetta and Midtown to get this repair.
