Good and bad. Good and bad. I often go to Palmer for my service. Prices seem high, but that's everywhere now. My biggest issue is with the service of simple issue; the windshield washer hose. The hose kept popping out of the nozzle. The first time I went the service area told me to contact their parts department to see if they had the part. I did so and was told to schedule service. I purchased a preowned Ram 1500. I purchased a preowned Ram 1500. Lee provided a great sales experience was very good no high pressure. Brett in financing was equally nice to work with. I did take an extended warranty the truck had an issue will less than two hundred miles on it since I took delivery. Palmer did the repair and gave me a rental no charge didn't use the extended warranty. So I got to meet the service department.
