I had an appointmet to program a Key FOB Transmitter and cut blank key. I was welcomed and the estimated time of completion was right-on-the-mark. It was an excellent experience. I have had multiple Dodge and Jeep vehicles serviced by Palmer DCJ since 2008 and have always been completely satisfied.

They do a good job. But this last oil change they did not put the engine skid plate back on properly. It came loose as I was driving down the highway. They also over tighten my oil catch can with pliers.

Pleased with Service Advisor and Department’s handling of my Jeep service. Good communication and was impressed with honesty and integrity. Service Advisor informed me that (expensive) service initially assessed as being necessary was not, upon further inspection.
