Overall satisfied with service. I would have given 5 stars, but made4 , because some one forgot to put the PLASTIC COVER on top of the engine. This is a very big piece to miss. I have contacted Ms. Kim on Friday 2/27/2026 (the day I noticed when I wanted to check the oil level) and informed her. I am planning to come there and get it back on hopefully Monday March 2nd.

Kimberly always gets me in for service whether it is routine maintenance or a needed repair. The technicians are accessible for questions or concerns and I feel like they value my time and work with my schedule as much as possible.

I bought 3 oil changes for my jeep wrangler from them a couple of years ago. I used 2 and when i went there on February 16 they refused to honor it telling me it had expired.I explained to them that no where on my receipt does it show that but they still refused.I asked for the manager whose name is David Keller but they told me he wasn’t around.I went back again and they told me he was on vacation. I have a long history with this dealership and most of it has been really good. They are trustworthy and do a good job with service and repair. I was surprised they didn’t have some kind of master key for my tires and since they couldn’t find mine, they didn’t rotate the tires with my oil change. Seems strange since they are the dealerships for my van. Really disappointed that they charge 3% on credit card payments. Next time I will bring my checkbook. I don’t do debit cards.
