The only reason I rated speed of service average was due to the extended warranty provider Car Shield dragging their feet in providing coverage approval for repairs. Hiram did his best to get Car Shield to move the approval process forward and got the out-of-pocket repair cost coverage to come in substantially under the estimated cost. He will definitely be my go-to for future warranty service work.

I always take my jeep to get its service done to this dealership because it makes me feel secure they are taking the proper care for my care. My service guys is Hiram man’s he is the best. He always available for me anytime time I need to ask or call him for anything and very kind too. Ive be er an issue with my car after they take care of it.

I had a great experience with the service on my Jeep Cherokee! Hiram was very friendly and professional. Last month when I came in for an oil change, he walked me through a few maintenance services that my car needed and what I appreciated is the explanation from the mechanics on why they recommended each of the two services.
