The staff at the front desk of the service dept. The staff at the front desk of the service dept., was great. The service was completed and the attendant placed my wheel lock back in place. Kudos for the staff member that process my vehicle for an oil change and a tire rotation. Thank you!

Dealership renigged on a renegotiated deal. Dealership renigged on a renegotiated deal. The price went up due to a color as the dealer claimed incentives changed. This was after they asked me to wait for the incentives to come out. It was very frustrating experience.
