The only downside was the hard sell we received from the Business Manager on extended warranty products - he acted genuinely hurt when I wouldn’t buy any of them! Overall the experience was only a little worse than ordering something online with no dealer interaction.

My total bill was over $2500. I would have appreciated a courtesy car wash considering they had my Jeep for the entire week.
