My new Grand Cherokee was delivered to me the next day. My only wish would have been to have it washed and wiped down inside (dash and touchscreen). The experience was easy from start to finish. The experience was easy from start to finish. I spoke with William told him what I wanted and what I wanted in price. He sent me vehicles and mi purchased over the phone. The finance guy understood what I wanted and didn’t want, followed my wishes without the high pressure that often comes with the process. I showed and signed, took apt 15 min. They should have filled this process as a training video on how to deal with difficult customers. 10/10
