The customer service was great however my car has a smell to it after getting the oil changed. More than likely I will not be back, not only did they show me issues that I could have long fixed like the filters and mounts. I don't understand why if the inspection was dont 3000 miles before last service these issues was not found

They did everything they could to sell me a truck, but unfortunately, things were out of their control. I wanted a Ram 1500 Limited, and they have one in stock. However, it is under a recall notice, so they can’t actually sell it until that is resolved. Unfortunately, it appears that is going to take a few months. Most work completed on time and on estimate. Service Advisor was helpful with timely communications. Jeep was at dealership for over one month while a part was being located. This is the second time Palmer Jeep has been unable to locate a part for this vehicle. Required me to go to other repair shops.
