Luis Torres in service was awesome ! He kept us informed on what was going on with our Jeep and was very easy to work with. Definitely recommend him! Ryan Hooper , parts manager got our parts in very quickly! Thank you! The technician came in on his day off to get all the work done. Palmer's service and parts department goes up and above for their customers! We will be back !!

Working his way through an complicated issue with my 2022 Jeep Gladiator recently, Rich did a great job of communicating with me and keeping me updated on the service department progress.
