I also found a leaky oil gasket pan and fixed it under warranty. I dealt with Kim as my service advisor and Dave, the service manager. Both were quick to address any issues or questions I had and I appreciate that.

I paid over $200 for a diagnostic test to be told my I paid over $200 for a diagnostic test to be told my battery cables were loose. The man checking in folks at the front test said to check my oil because it sounded like an oil problem… the very next week I took it to a different mechanic and had to replace my oil coolant system, which explained the burning smell. I would say I paid for a half-a$$ diagnosis to say the least.
