They were great. The only problem there was with the vehicle was with the owner (me) still learning how to use the new truck. The service reps were nice and didn’t make fun of me!

We were supposed to have one salesman and got a different salesman on May 9th,2026. The salesman we got wasn't that familiar with the vehicle we chose but tried to help the best that he could. His name is Kevin Williams, and he tried to answer our questions but didn't offer any additional information on how to set up the different Apps. Thomas Jackson was our Finance guy, and he sold us things we didn't need for instance Extended Warranty and Gap insurance.

I truly appreciate the customer service and how Kurt went out of his way to ensure that I got into a vehicle. Finances effort was excellent and I do appreciate all that they’ve done such a blessing. Austin was, without question, the worst part of this entire experience. His communication was terrible. Calls went unanswered, messages were ignored, and I constantly had to chase him down for updates. At several points, it felt like getting a response from him was harder than buying the actual vehicle.
