Customer service reps at the dealership are great, unfortunately I’ve had bad experiences with recall service on my wrangler. Dropped off my jeep for a manufacturer recall and picked it up to find the techs had screwed something else up. Had to drop it off again and wait another two days so that could be repaired as well.

Just picked up my Ram 1500 Laramie from Palmer Dodge and the whole thing was about as easy as buying a truck gets.
