The process was quick and relatively painless. I submitted alot of information via email and online so the salesperson Mr. Willem was able to make it happen within 30 or so minutes after I arrived. My payments are higher than I wanted but are par for the course for my trade and credit. The only drawback was I arrived about an hour before close so everything was a little too fast. Kurt Taylor provided a great sales experience which is hard come by these days. No hassling, no pressure tactics, which provided a lot of trust to the process. F&I was great too, in and out in record time, no hassle or haggling in the back office either. I hope to be repeat customer.
