Everything was better than expected and I didn’t even need to leave my home. They brought the Jeep to my house. To make a long story short, they honored the savings they had online, gave me a better interest rate than I was getting at Hennessy Dodge, and they didn’t try to hit me with nonsensical fees as Hennessy tried to do. Great experience in regards to speed of turnover and Great experience in regards to speed of turnover and friendly service, but never saw any trace of paperwork for the 23 point inspection. It’s mentioned on my receipt, but there is normally a whole page detailing the status of all the 23 things inspected, like brake wear and fluid levels. Would have liked to see that.
