Overall, I was really impressed with the customer service at Palmer DCJR. Friendly, helpful, communicative, and efficient. Better than what we experience with our ‘luxury brand’ vehicle service centers. 10/10

Had an issue with my jeep and they were able to figure it out in about 2 days. Amazing considering the last shop just held on to it for 2 weeks and still couldn’t give me a diagnosis.
