Off the bat, the service was incredible and the communication was fast and fluid. The staff there kept me informed and updated. Unfortunately, I had to wait for a part to arrive for weeks, then when installed, it was faulty. This would be a 5 star if that was smoother. The staff is what makes this a 4 star.

We had mostly a good experience. The day after getting the car home I had to replace the battery and 2 days later we noticed a crack in the windshield, it had started in the black part along the bottom so we didn't notice it at the dealership! I understand it is a used car but that was a very unexpected and unneeded expense! Overall I love the car but someone could have called me back when I texted about maybe helping with the windshield!
