Austin was, without question, the worst part of this entire experience. His communication was terrible. Calls went unanswered, messages were ignored, and I constantly had to chase him down for updates. At several points, it felt like getting a response from him was harder than buying the actual vehicle. The most frustrating part is that I specifically told Austin I have an 8-month-old and a 2-year-old and asked one simple question before purchasing the vehicle remotely: does it smell like smoke? Kevin was all smiles and helpful…until he got the sale. Then he refused to accept the $500 dealer website coupon toward floor mats or even acknowledge the delivery of my vehicle in unacceptable condition - it was dirty with streaks and spills, yet he chose to blame the delivery drivers and say that delivering the car was a mistake - instead he should have made me drive the hour and a half round trip back to the dealership to pick it up…he offered to “buy me a coffee and clean it up again” if I brought it back over. The worst dealership ever delt with. Service doesn't listen to your vechile concerns period! Brought jeep with small leakin front. Totally missed diagnosed my jeep . They said front seal leakin at axle which it wasn't the problem at all. Decided to just have Service done early at dealership as was do in 1k miles anyway. Iwsa there 10 days picked it up a couple days later noticed leaking in front everywhere! Charged 999 "administrative fee" not included in the adveritised price. No portion of this tranaction merrits a fee of anykind for 1000 dollars. Buyer, be aware!

I would love to have left an overwhelmingly positive review, however I cant. To be straight to the point....my delivery document was FORGED by the salesman and I received an email on Sunday evening "completed delivery confirmation submitted on March 8, 2026 @ 6:32PM edt by myname, email and phone attached" asking me to Validate Signature ~~~ BTW Palmer Dodge is closed on Sundays.... I enjoyed working with Jay, but it wound up being a pain dealing with finance trying to get a rate and pricing where it needed to be. Typical car dealer pushing warranties and your financing. Also, I was told you would replace the interior door handle and I keep getting the run around about that.

I have waited patiently for a couple months for service department to follow up. I reached out to them to find out when parts will arrive and they have chosen not to respond. They did not return all equipment on the car at the last service . The car spent 67 days in the the shop for that visit alone; 160 day overall sine purchase . They did not even review and try to diagnose all the issue I reported to them and I did not receive the legally required repair order documentation even after Specifically requested it when pickin... read more
