The Palmer team went above and beyond to make that experience a pleasant one for my family. They took care of all the maintenance and software updates, had a loner vehicle ready for us and even entertained my young daughter.

Made an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and Made an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and to look at my steering stabilizer. The oil change and tire rotation were fine. However I was offered a tire assessment to address my steering issue. This assessment was run without my approval. I was then told that a steering stabilizer upgrade was required- this was not under warranty
Palmer was great to work with. Palmer was great to work with. I was an out-of-state customer and I came in knowing exactly which vehicle I was interested in, which wasn't even on their lot yet. They worked with me, struck a fair deal, kept me updated as the car came in, and even arranged drivers to deliver it to me at the state line. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend Palmer highly.
