I had a very disappointing experience with the service department at Palmer Dealership. The appointment system simply does not work. I scheduled an appointment for Tuesday and brought my car in as planned. Nothing was done, and I was told to pick it up and bring it back the next day. I did exactly that — and once again, nothing happened. No work completed, no clear explanation, and no proactive communication. purchased a 2020 ram 2500. the check engine light came on on the way home. they were absolutely no help. turns out it needed a $2000 dpf system. They do not take care of their customers

My name is Randall Jones. rrjones1308@att.net. Phone number 423 4881531. I am responding to the general manager about my issues with the 2023 jeep. The windshield cost me 500.00 and was quoted apx 175 to fix running light. I haven’t had the money to fix it yet. Also on car garu I was quoted a doc fee of 899. I was charged 999. It has been about 2 months since I picked up my GC after being the shop for 67 days. I still have not heard back on the parts they ordered. I also have not receive d a copy of the work orders as required by law. There were issues I reported before the vehicle arrived for service that were not even reviewed or diagnosed. I now have new issues caused by the 68C recall. The biggest issue is a lack of follow up. I have recached out a couple times and am still waiting for a response, three weeks later.

Waited around 30 minutes for them to tell me they couldn't service my van because "they didnt have the right tool to complete the job" ny understanding is that a dealership should have all the tools and technicians to be able to complete a service.

I bought a 2023 jeep unlimited from this dealership. Anna was my salesperson. She was very prompt before i bought but was slow and unresponsive to me. First I had the jeep shipped to me. On car garues it states 899 doc and 89 dollars shipping fee. When I paid doc fee went to 999 and shipping fee went to 250. I wanted the jeep so I looked over this I was quoted a price for a warranty but when I checked the warranty was the lowest one and when I called they went up 500 for the warranty I wanted. . It would be nice if you could appt and in a descent time and get your car back in a decent time frame. It also would be nice if the maintenance technician would call you in a timely manner after your car is finished .. instead of me calling to get my car !!

I was not happy with this dealer. My 2018 Chrysler Pacifica had a major issue saying it was turning off and i need it to get on the shoulder and I called and left my mini van there for a week and they did nothing. When inquired if i could buy another car because i didnt feel safe with my kids they didnt seem to care. Another dealership cared a lot about my life and my kids and got me a new 2026 SUV on the spot. Very sad they didnt take my life serious when i could have died. My car was in for service 67 days in this visit. I did not receive updates unless I asked for them. The did not test the issues they weee supposed to fix even though I was told they were fixed. When I dropped by the Sam items did not work. I turned in both keys at their request and they returned them with one fob missing the key blade . I told them immediately and there has been no follow up , over a week later.
