They do a good job. But this last oil change they did not put the engine skid plate back on properly. It came loose as I was driving down the highway. They also over tighten my oil catch can with pliers.

Pleased with Service Advisor and Department’s handling of my Jeep service. Good communication and was impressed with honesty and integrity. Service Advisor informed me that (expensive) service initially assessed as being necessary was not, upon further inspection. I value good communication, honesty and integrity and experienced that here.
