Maybe 5 stars next time. Didn't check washer fluid but wrote on paper as done. Was completely empty when I tried to wash windows in parking lot before I left. Light still on saying washer fluid needed. Guess it was missed in the 23 point inspection. They filled upon my telling them. Left me wondering what else wasn’t really done? Over 2 hour wait. Truck was received on a timely basis and got full service on a timely basis. The reps were knowledgeable and handled my needs promptly. I had a coupon for the oil change and it was accepted and credited. All in all, very pleasant experience.

The service advisor did a great job, the Technician was terrible, I don't think he ever worked on a Dodge Charger, the Technician damage the inside console, the ordered a new, than he couldn't replace with all the parts, I had to mention some parts were missing, so after more than a week for something very simple to get fix turn into a nightmare.
