Rich in the service department is absolutely priceless. Rich in the service department is absolutely priceless. He is highly responsive and professional. The service at Palmer is so great that we drive the 45 minutes from intown Atlanta instead of going to a closer dealer. Thanks!

Sara was extremely helpful and friendly. Sara was extremely helpful and friendly. Always kept me updated and was a pleasure to deal with. My only suggestions would be to not require return visits. I had a scheduled appointment for a specific problem, but had to return for another visit when they had to order parts to fix the problem they knew I had. This has happened twice. Other than that, everyone has been great.

Hiram my service consultant was awesome. Hiram my service consultant was awesome. He gave me guidance on how to get the repair covered by the manufacturer despite my warranty expiring due to mileage because leaks from the third break light are a known issue with Ram trucks. It took a little bit of effort to connect the warranty agent form the manufacturer with the Service manager but they eventually connected and approved my repair under warranty.
