I purchased a car this weekend and Lee was amazing! I purchased a car this weekend and Lee was amazing! He was so personable, and provided excellent customer service. We traded my car in and was able to meet our needs with the vehicle! I forgot my title to my trade in and was able to bring it in and get an extra key for my car with no problem! Everyone treated us like family! They made sure that we were comfortable while getting everything pushed through for financing! From start to finish, Palmer did a great job!

I was charged for a service I received but did not I was charged for a service I received but did not request and the coupon I brought in for $15.00 off was not applied to the bill. However, I am told that these things will be corrected when I come in next week for new tires. Other than that, your service is always top notch! Multiple people in your organization have been awesome!
