Dropped off RAM 1500 for a warranty inspection and a few issues. Rich in Service dept provided good service and good communication. Replaced some parts under warranty.
My service representative, Rich, was excellent with communication and responded to my messages. I was happy with the service of my car and have used Palmer for years.
Team was friendly, Prompt and professional. Had oil change and fire rotation. Also informed me of upcoming services.
