Sarah is absolutely amazing. She was busy the day I came in for my appointment, but stopped what she was going immediately to take care of me. She is pleasant to me every single time I visit here. Great salesmen and even the finance guy was great lol. The 2 salesmen, Jay and Aaron were friendly, knowledgeable about the vehicle I was purchasing, and were on top of it with making my first "expensive" car buying experience smooth and pleasant. I drove 200+ miles to buy from Palmer Dodge, and I wish they were local to me for as the service was A+ Brandon, the finance guy, wasn't pushy and got me a good rate, and worked with me on selecting the official Jeep service contract at a great price. They got the work finished up in the 1-3 day timeframe, but my truck sat for 2 days before they looked at it… and that was with an appt. Communication was pretty bad as well… no communication for 2 days. I wish I could’ve been driving the truck around and just brought it in the day they actually did the work (hence, the reason for an appt).

Helpful staff but very outdated service center and waiting area. Odd and somewhat busy/crowded service center entrance area. No one to greet and help you until you go inside. Once inside, small area and unclear who to talk to. Processes and all areas need updating.
