Fantastic service department. They did a great job on my truck. I live about 40 miles from Palmer dealership. I have two other dealerships within 10 miles of me, but I would rather take my truck to Palmer then the other two dealerships. I've tried taking my truck to the other two dealerships for service, but every time my truck stayed there for weeks upon weeks and not everything was resolved. Keep up the good work Palmer.

Kim went above and beyond. I was having an issue, while driving out of town and she called me back to see if she could help, putting me in touch with a technician. This is why I'll go back to Palmer for service, where I purchased my Jeep.
