My sales person was very responsive and good to work with My sales person was very responsive and good to work with (Mike G). The finance person was not at all responsive after the sale. He sent the electronic docs as requested during the finance meeting but in a secured file. He never shared a password, even after 2-3 emails requesting the password. Other than this purchasing from Palmer was a good experience and I would recommend them.

An oil change took over 2 hours. An oil change took over 2 hours. It was the first one the vehicle had and was included. The advisor asked if I wanted my tires rotated as well, but I said no, since I had done it one week prior. 90 minute later, someone comes and tells me "sorry for the wait. There was a backup in the tire garage."
