My salesman, Tony, was great. Really enjoyed talking with him. He sold the car without even selling it. He just exudes honesty and genuineness. My points of dissatisfaction are as follows: 1) I paid cash for the car, and as soon as the manager realized I was paying cash, he jacked the price up $1000. 2) I couldn't learn the cost of the extended warranty until I'd committed to buying the car--manager said it was a procedural thing--finance covers warranties. 3) My bank has a limit on the amount that can be charged on a debit ... read more

From the first time I took my Wrangler in for service, Palmer has always impressed. They do a great job of scheduling and keeping on track, they address any service needed, and talk to me about recommendations and their criticality, I never feel "upsold" or pressured - and they have even fixed issues caused by other service providers. My experiences have been nothing but excellent.

Anthony and Chris were very helpful and knowledgable about the product - we went to Chevy after visiting Ram - the sales rep at Chevy clearly didn’t study their vehicles like Anthony at Palmer did. I’d figure with slow sales every rep would be top of their game. Felt like Anthony wanted our business and made the effort to win our business.
