Very pleased with the great customer service at the Palmer Service Center. I always contact Service Supervisor Hiram who keeps me up to date on progress on my service visit and clearly explains all necessary work to be done. Service work ha always been completed in a timely manner. Highly recommend the Palmer Service Center for all service/repair needs

The transaction went generally well - Palmer gave me an outstanding price on my used vehicle, and it was a smooth transaction. They dropped off my vehicle at my mechanic for an inspection. The communication was very helpful throughout. We had some back and forth on pricing that we could have been more specific on to prevent missed expectations. I would return here again.
