I was in the area because of a medical appointment and stopped by the dealership because I had damaged the splash guard on my Challenger pulling into a friend's unfinished driveway. I showed up without an appt but Kimberly and some of her guys took the time to look at it anyway. Easiest car buying experience ever! Mike was super knowledgeable and so easy to work with. We were in out of the dealership in less than 1 hour. Brandon in the finance department was also great to work with, seamless process and did not have to wait at all! This the fourth car I have purchased from Palmer and will continue to come back for future car needs!
