This was my first experience with the dealership. I was impressed with the courtesy and professionalism displayed by the team. The man in the parts department helped me find the repair center. Another gentleman helped my wife find a place to park and find me for a ride home. The service writer kept me up to date with the recommended repairs and was attentive. The repairs themselves seem to have been done in a professional manner. I will definitely return when I need service in the future.

I recently had to have both of my exhaust manifolds replaced on my 2021 Ram Limited 1500. I have less than 70k miles on my truck and it's been immaculantly taken care of. Though I'm not impressed that I had to have the repairs done, that's not Palmer Dodge's fault. Kim in Palmer Dodge's service department took great care of me.
