Came in for an unscheduled oil change. Wait time was long, but not unreasonable since I did not have an appointment.

Great service! Fast and friendly. Vehicle was clean and returned promptly. Luis was great and will ask for him next time. This Jeep is 11 years old and I’ve only ever brought it here for service

From my first point of contact through email to the follow up text messages the communication was on point. Austin was ready for me when I got there and was a Pleasure to deal with with no pressure listened to everything I had to say and was extremely helpful. Dustin made sure I had all the info I needed to get financed and Brandon made the final transaction seamless. Still enjoying my purchase and feel I got a fair deal.

After an initial under repair look during 2 previous visits over 2 years the service department was able to fix my car. There needs to be a better waiting area for the service departments one has to walk all the way to another building for a restroom.

It was nice to be able to find what I wanted online, sign paperwork through email and them deliver my vehicle the same day even though I live 1.5 hours away!
