I hate buying cars and I hate dealing with car dealers but this was truly a pleasure. I bought a 2023 Ford F150 Lariat and was very happy with my sales person Jay and with the finance man Thomas. There was no pressure at all and Jay was very accommodating. The two guys that I dealt with had been there for years which says a lot about the company.

My most recent experience with Palmer Dodge service department was for an oil change. I was able to wait for the work to be done. The service technicians were friendly and courteous. They were also respectful of my time. The work took less than an hour. I would highly recommend Palmer Dodge maintenance department for any work on my car in the future.

Service department is awesome! Great communication throughout the job. They had both service jobs on my truck completed in the time frame they told me. Couldn’t be more pleased. This is the only dealer that will service my truck moving forward.

Rich in the service department was great to work with! Very good at giving me an idea of what could be wrong with my Jeep & let me know it would likely be covered by my warranty. He kept me informed about the progress of the repair & at the end it was covered by the warranty!
