Lee Brown was great! Overall the experience was very positive. The dealership was very responsive and worked with us to make the sale pretty painless. The delivery service was a success and time efficient for our circumstances. My only negative would be how much of the pricing and negotiation happened in the main customer area, which I thought was intrusive as I didn’t want to hear others’ finance options, nor did I want staff or visitors hearing mine. Solid service from Sales and Financing. Sales worked with Service to get a compression and leak down test done for me, vehicle was clean and gassed up for delivery. My only less than perfect aspect of the experience was the best in house financing could get approved was a 23% APR with $2k down. I was able to get a 9.5% no money down, no collateral. I know you guys have to do vehicle secured loans, I just mention it because if I didn't know to check elsewhere for financing I would have walked. Thanks, Mike
