Since we moved to GA in 2016, I have had my 2008 Jeep Since we moved to GA in 2016, I have had my 2008 Jeep Commander serviced and repaired at Palmer Jeep. Although I have always rated them a 5, my last oil change took 2 1/2 hours because they didn't have an air filter in stock. They didn't communicate in a timely manner to keep me informed and made my wait unnecessary. Also they they no longer provide a copy of the inspection checklist . I will go back hoping they do better next time.
