Rich was wonderful! He went above and beyond to find out that it was still under warranty and got it fixed under the warranty! He did not need to do that, but he did the extra work to figure it out! I cannot thank him enough and for his professionalism

I had a wonderful experience with Palmer Dodge. My Sales Person, Zach wasn’t pushy, he was very helpful and stayed true to his word! Same for Thomas in finance. I will definitely do business here again. They were patient and kind too.

This dealer had the pre owned vehicle I wanted at an attractive price. The salesman was polite and efficient. The only downside was the hard sell we received from the Business Manager on extended warranty products - he acted genuinely hurt when I wouldn’t buy any of them! Overall the experience was only a little worse than ordering something online with no dealer interaction.

This was my first vehicle purchase where I did not drive or touch the vehicle before purchasing. Casey and the team at Palmer exceeded my expectations to say the least. I told them what I was looking for and they found a perfect match. The vehicle was delivered to my home and was as exactly as they presented it in photos. Maybe even better. My first experience with Palmer Dodge's service department made me a lifetime customer. This purchasing experience solidified that. I need more stars.

I made an appointment for a brake & maintenance check on a Monday. My Jeep didn’t get looked at til Wednesday and not completed til Friday. My total bill was over $2500. I would have appreciated a courtesy car wash considering they had my Jeep for the entire week.
