They do a good job. They do a good job. But this last oil change they did not put the engine skid plate back on properly. It came loose as I was driving down the highway. They also over tighten my oil catch can with pliers.

Service Advisor informed me that (expensive) service initially assessed as being necessary was not, upon further inspection. I value good communication, honesty and integrity and experienced that here.
