I was pleased with the service I received and the timely fashion that it was completed. My only complaint would be I called the day before to schedule the appointment. I gave all my information to the woman from the service department. When I got there the next day for my scheduled appointment…nothing showed up in the system. If you’re going to have people take your information they could at least enter it in the computer system. I simply cannot say enough good about the team at Palmer. From making an appointment to picking my Jeep up, it was the smoothest, easiest, and best overall experience I have ever had at car dealership. The work was completed and the vehicle runs well with no lights coming on. But it did take a week to complete the work. I had no idea day to day how long Palmer would have my Jeep.
