Fantastic service department. Fantastic service department. They did a great job on my truck. I live about 40 miles from Palmer dealership. I have two other dealerships within 10 miles of me, but I would rather take my truck to Palmer then the other two dealerships. I've tried taking my truck to the other two dealerships for service, but every time my truck stayed there for weeks upon weeks and not everything was resolved. Keep up the good work Palmer.

The Service Personal are always very friendly. The Service Personal are always very friendly. The disappointment is with Jeep , not the dealer, the vehicle has been through 7 recalls. The text messaging updates was great. This last time, it would be nice after 10 days having the car if it was washed and being a 4xe if it was picked up charged too.

Kim went above and beyond. Kim went above and beyond. I was having an issue, while driving out of town and she called me back to see if she could help, putting me in touch with a technician. This is why I'll go back to Palmer for service, where I purchased my Jeep.

Repeatedly makes silly errors forgetting to fill tires to Repeatedly makes silly errors forgetting to fill tires to correct pressure after routine servicing (my tire pressure is different front and rear). In 2 tries, they failed twice. To make matters worse, the service dept did not give me a stoing sense of concern.
