My compliments to Palmer for employing Rich Kinsey. My compliments to Palmer for employing Rich Kinsey. Working his way through an complicated issue with my 2022 Jeep Gladiator recently, Rich did a great job of communicating with me and keeping me updated on the service department progress. As long as Rich is around Palmer...I will be as well. I know that Rich was backed up by a service department that didn't give up. My compliments to them as well.
