I was working with Richard Kinsey and received very good service. Rich made sure my car was taken care of always works in my budget and doesn't add on items if they are not needed which is appreciated. I always feel my best interests are a concern at Palmer and I will continue to bring my car there for service. Thank you.

Rich was able to identify possible cracks in manifold and had me drop off my Ram Rebel and gave me a free rental while they confirmed I had cracks in both driver and passenger side manifold. They were able to replace both under warranty, so I didn’t pay anything. Rich made sure to schedule this before my warranty expired. Saved me a lot of money.

Outstanding C/S & clean, comfortable, pleasant waiting area w/snacks, water, coffee, WIFI charging stations. Would be nice to offer hot tea, as well.
