I recently had to have both of my exhaust manifolds replaced on my 2021 Ram Limited 1500. I have less than 70k miles on my truck and it's been immaculantly taken care of. Though I'm not impressed that I had to have the repairs done, that's not Palmer Dodge's fault. Kim in Palmer Dodge's service department took great care of me. The dealer has started charging a fee for credit cards. Additionally, they forgot to torque my lug nuts. I only found out because I stopped at the parts department on my way out from picking up my Jeep, and a tech came over with a torque wrench. If I hadn’t stopped for parts, they would not have correctly rotated the tires.
