Great Place, I wish I lived there. Traveled from Louisiana to visit family there. Got in my Grand Cherokee saturday morning and it was running rough. Check engine light was on. Call them and they said can you come right now. Water pump was leaking and a fuel injector needed replacement. They had both changed before 2 that afternoon. I HIGHLY recommend this place!!!!

Palmer Dodge is always a great experience. They are busy, but they do not let you as a customer feel like that is a problem. They get you out in a timely manner and are up front with you on how long any service/repair will take.

Good and bad. I often go to Palmer for my service. Prices seem high, but that's everywhere now. My biggest issue is with the service of simple issue; the windshield washer hose. The hose kept popping out of the nozzle. The first time I went the service area told me to contact their parts department to see if they had the part. I did so and was told to schedule service.
