Anthony and Chris were very helpful and knowledgable about the product - we went to Chevy after visiting Ram - the sales rep at Chevy clearly didn’t study their vehicles like Anthony at Palmer did. I’d figure with slow sales every rep would be top of their game. Felt like Anthony wanted our business and made the effort to win our business. Same for Chris (fin mgr) - he happened to be passing through the parking lot and we stopped him for Q&A initially - super nice and his perspective was quite helpful.
