I have mixed feelings about this. i was sold a vehicle that had issues to start with. The check engine light was one. They told me that it would go away (as they cleared the code) to find out that it had a serious issue. The service department was awesome to identify the issues and worked on it while lending me a vehicle. i wished they would have been more upfront with me about the vehicle.

Its hard to believe there is a dealership with this quality of a service department. But, Palmer Dodge is wonderful. Sarah Jaramillo is excellent. I took the time to learn her name because she took great care of me. And my Jeep. She is responsive and attentive and far more interested in listening to what you need instead of figuring out what to try to sell you. The Service Department is excellent, and (I can’t believe I’m saying this) reasonably priced.
