We really appreciate the personal service and attention to detail of Luis Torres. We always ASK for him specifically because of his exceptional work ethic and great communication skills. We will be back! PS: l sure wish y'all would run some coupon deals for oil changes that bring the cost under $40. I always used to buy the 3 oil change deal for my van, but the cost has doubled. I have to rely on "ladies' day" specials at a local competitor.
I called one day before about my jeep is shaking or bubbling above the 78MPH. Service department suggest tier rotation but they did not did. They did oil change and differential oil change and took 3 hours too do.
