Going to see Hiram at the service department is like Going to see Hiram at the service department is like going to see my big brother. I trust he'll take care of me and I trust he's looking at my car with a caring eye, as if his baby sister is about to get in the car. I appreciate his oversight and honesty. It's all about trusting the person to do right by you, right? I mean, I'm trusting someone to keep my car safe therefore keep my family safe. It's nice to drop off my car to someone who feels like family.
