The service that they did was excellent but what happened to my car they trying to justify and I'm not letting this just go away because it's wrong someone was supposed to have called me and they did not call it's not right I'm going to call I'm not letting this get away because it's wrong for y'all to not fix what happened with my car and say that it didn't happen there just Justified what was wrong with my car was not like that when I came in there Saturday morning
Bad bad bad. Wrong diagnosis, difficult to communicate, don't follow web statements, not timely and expensive.
Antwerpen Security Nissan provided the worse service I've ever received. The staff was indifferent and gave the wrong diagnostic for my vehicle. I will never return and will not recommend this dealership.
Spent $10600. 00 to fix my car for it to break down 3 days later for the same issue that it was taken there for and to make it worse they turn around and charge me again for what they missed. My 2017 qx60 was brought there for the transmission cutting out and going into limp mode, they said they repair the issue but three days later the vehicle did the same thing and had to be towed back to the shut then they turn around and charge me again $980 to fix the same issue, I'm praying.the vehicle Dont stop on me again this is not... read more
I was very pleased with the service I received at Antwerpen Nissan dealership concerning the purchase of a new battery.
I wa told that everything passed and I need a battery. When went to get battery they showed me my brakes, they were in need of replacement. I was shocked, because you said they passed
