Denied service after agreeing to a time the day before, service manger overrided the situation and I will not be back after being a returning customer with thousands spent here
Antwerpen is absolutely the worst dealership to deal with. They have very attitudes from first thing in the morning. I have NOTHING POSITIVE to say about James Valentine. Anddddd that woman Kim who takes payment.. she is the WORST! They need to let her go and get people who really want to work .. WORK! I will never go back there. I want a new car but there are other Nissan dealers to go to.. DONT USE ANTWERPEN NISSAN!!
Unresponsive to my many calls I purchased a Rogue in October 2023 my salesperson was helpful and responsive to a point now he won't get on the phone. There was a sales manger there that was very kind, business and customer orientated he cared about how customers were treated bc he wanted repeat business. I definitely would not recommend this place. It's full of false advertisement and rude workers. The facility does not do shuttles, as mentioned on their website. If you come get a repair, they do a diagnostic of $170, but then they tax on around $25 for "shop fees." When you try to get a manager to discuss their false advertisement tactics, your complaints fall onto deaf ears. Originally when I came in, i planned on staying but did not realize it would take more than 5 hours, so I went to run some errands after a friend picked me up. Since I was no longer there, I received their text/online updates of my car. They sent me the service report of the things I could get fixed with the car. My options were an alignment which was around $200+, replace the 2 front wheel bearings $1000+, and balance/rotate the tires $89. I selected to get an alignment and balance/rotation. Paid over $100 for services the dealership never completed. Found out by going to another place to service my car three weeks later. The dealership refused to refund my money after I found out about what they did. Never taking my car back.

Sold me a 2017 pathfinder the 3rd week I had it transmission shut down in the middle of I-83S lost complete power, with my children inside. I watched in horror as vehicle after vehicle almost hit us. I took the car back the 3rd week told the Sales manager; I was traumatized and didn't feel comfortable taking the vehicle back. On Saturday, I took my 2016 Nissan Maxima in for service. I was greeted by Daniel Pavelka. I told him I needed an oil change and my turn signal bulb replaced. Daniel told me I could get the oil change and tire rotation for $80.00 and the bulb would be $60.00. I also told him in the past I requested to have my tires rotated, and it was not done.
