I went to Antwerpen, because I had purchased there before, and the experience was good, thought it would be the same this time. Purchase a SUV last Friday, June 18, 2021, on day two the engine light came on, I called Scott and was told to bring it down, which I did on Monday. They were able to get the light off but could give no explanation. Drove back hone 82 miles.. Went in for a tire rotation and oil change at 7:40am and didn’t leave until 11am. I was told the service would be about an hour and a half. I watched several customers be helped promptly and thoroughly while I heard from no one for 3 hours. When I asked questions about why my finished car was parked and ready to go out front but no one was coming to help me I was met with confusion from everyone. Worst experience ever As a previous commentor said, Scott, the manager, is an absolute jerk. He is rude, disrespectful, and unwilling to help. This place is disorganized, inefficient, and ultimately, dishonest. They make promises about service and work that they do not honor. I would strongly suggest going somewhere else.
Do not interact with Scott. Very rude and condescending. Typical dealer, using any and every tactic to get a sale. Once you sign on the dotted line, forget customer service!

Oil Change, fluids top off & tire rotation Oil light still on, tires were not rotated & oil cap missing. Also, there was an oil leak, but it was not noted on my paperwork, nor noticed during the service.
Worst car buying experience. My wife went in to purchase a Murano, she was pre-approved, has excellent credit, and knew precisely what she wanted her out the door price to be, and believed things would go easily. After she signed the contract and the salesperson (who was excellent) Taylor was showing her some of the basic functions of the vehicle, I noticed that the owner’s manual was missing from the glove box. DON;T SHOP HERE They had a contract and then said we have a better deal we just have to change few things ok like they change the price from 12995.00 to 14995.00 . then gave us a service contract for $2500.00 4 years 40.000 miles not to start at the time you buy the car no the car had 34000 miles and was 3 years old so $2500.00.= 1year service the car was still under manufactory warranty and covers more....... jack says got ya ... do not sign a contract tell them you need to reed it take it home and reed it they will push yo... read more
Hate it Ripped me off, All they care about is getting the deal they act like they care about good customer service but once those contracts are signed the act is over, pbly the biggest mistake of my life.
