When I got there, no one helped me for almost five minutes. I had to walk to the front desk and ask for help and they told me to go back to the service department. When I was originally there, there were only two agents. None acknowledged me. And when I had to walk back there I waited to three minutes before someone came to help me.
I normally don’t have an issue with this dealership, but my last visit took way too long (about 6 hours) The longest I’ve ever waited for my car to have services done was 2 1/2 hours tops. The service approval procedure (getting services sent to my phone to approve) was not done. So I didn’t know what was getting done on my vehicle. I just paid the bill and left at that point. Next time I will request the person i would like to work with next time.

First experience with this dealership in service. Dealership is average nothing spectacular. Nice waiting room. Had to bring my vehicle back for a dashboard light that appeared after oil change.
I went to this location for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. The service associate said that it would only be about 1 and a half to two hours. I was there for 3 HOURS. At no point once the initial quoted time had passed, did the service associate bother to provide me with an update. Additionally, just by tracking the service status of my car during the time I was waiting, I saw that service for my car had not even been STARTED for an ENTIRE HOUR if not more. The diagnosis was incorrect. Code was erased to avoid detection. I'm a former shop owner.
Took all day for an oil change and tire rotation. Service person said it would be hour and a half. Also my coupon was not applied to the final bill.
Mechanic staff wasn’t the friendliest. A simple oil change took over 3 hours and was completely overpriced. Oil changes doubled in price and service value decreased.
