I purchased my 2018 Rogue from this Dealership. Each time I go in, the service goes down. I have tires that require air when the seasons change. The Rep automatically told me that it would be a charge for it. I asked, how when it hasn't been checked yet? He even had me sign something with the price on it. He said it will be quicker. I asked for ALL 4 tires to be checked. I had to go back the next day because another tirelight came on I am very disappointed.
The service people are not very nice and they make the mechanics look bad because of the way they relay information to the customers and how they communicate the information between the customers and the mechanics. The manager of the service people acts like he doesn’t know or care what happens. He will sit at his desk and let the phone ring and ignore it.
Everyone I spoke to had very dry attitudes and dis not make me feel welcomed or cared for.
As always, my service was completed in a timely manner. The pricing has become somewhat outrageous as $120 for an oil chance change and tire rotation seems out of this world. The main reason for not giving another 5 star rating was the fact that one of the technicians felt it necessary to steal the change that was in my compartment. Mechanics have no idea of the car issue. Trying to fix one issue and another issue comes up
The service work is excellent. However, I don’t understand why I get excuses when I ask to have my car washed. It’s either, no one is available or we don’t do that any longer. Other customers, even ones I know personally get their cars washed. Something’s wrong with this picture. I would like to be accommodated as well.
The service center leaves a lot to be desired. The service manager will sit at his desk and not answer the phone and the service people are not friendly.
These people did a very horrible job I highly do not recommend taking your car there they do a very sloppy job and lie to you about everything
I got my previous car from here. I loved my car but was totaled by fault of my own. I got a used vehicle again but had problems from the day I drove off the lot. Backup camera drivers window wasn't working correctly and a big whole in middle counsel which was supposed to be fixed before I drove off. Now button for trunk lift broke. Already paying out of pocket and only had 3 Rd week. They only fixed the camera. I'm not enjoying my vehicle
