The service advisor his name is Joe lied about the coupon that was sent to me in the mail he said my 4-runner takes 7 quarts of oil and the coupon I had was for a 4 quarts of oil even though the coupon had my name on it and was sent to me from Cherokee Toyota which is where I purchased my 4-runner I was charged 85 dollars instead of the 45.95 which was the coupon price he said it was nothing he could do about it I have called corporate Toyota and filed a complaint against Cherokee Toyota and this loser service adviser Joe th... read more

I dropped off my vehicle Sunday night and had a 8am Appointment on Monday. I called and left multiple messages throughout the day and finally got a response around 1. Then the advisor told me that something might be wrong with the TPMS unit, but they want to put sensors in it which was a thousand dollars. I approved the sensors. I have been a lifelong Toyota owner, two limited tundras, one limited rav4, and most recently a 2022 Limited Hybrid Highlander bought brand new. I always get my Toyotas serviced at a genuine Toyota dealership. I took my Highlander here for its 60k services, which is multi-point vehicle inspection, all filters inspection, oil and filter change, and then brought four brand new tires for mount and balance. 2/13/2024 we made an appointment to have the air bag and side door recalls done on our Sienna. We explained our situation and that we would have to wait while the repairs were being done and we were told that it would take a couple of hours. I arrived 2/14 at 8:50 for the 9 am appointment only to find out that they didn't have the parts to do te recalls. They were apologetic and they ordered the parts.
