This is the absolute worst dealership I have ever been to, they did not put my skid plate on correct after an oil change and it has been dragging and now they are only willing to fix it at my expense. This is the 2nd time this has happened. The service advisor his name is Joe lied about the coupon that was sent to me in the mail he said my 4-runner takes 7 quarts of oil and the coupon I had was for a 4 quarts of oil even though the coupon had my name on it and was sent to me from Cherokee Toyota which is where I purchased my 4-runner I was charged 85 dollars instead of the 45.95 which was the coupon price he said it was nothing he could do about it I have called corporate Toyota and filed a complaint against Cherokee Toyota and this loser service adviser Joe th... read more

I dropped off my vehicle Sunday night and had a 8am Appointment on Monday. I called and left multiple messages throughout the day and finally got a response around 1. Then the advisor told me that something might be wrong with the TPMS unit, but they want to put sensors in it which was a thousand dollars. I approved the sensors.
