Very poor customer service especially at the check out. Got my car back with greasy fingerprints all over the door, roof & hood plus got charged for shop parts/disposal for a warranty issue.

I purchased a vehicle from Cherokee county Toyota in October of 2015. Needless to say I traded it in 6 months later. They sold me a vehicle that had multiple recalls on it at the time, that they swore they knew nothing about even after I asked to see a report on the vehicle. They knew the vehicle had transmission issues and still sold it to me. I purchased a warranty because things do happen and not even a week after having the vehicle took it into service for transmission jerking and they told me I couldn't use the warranty... read more
I visited the service department several times for a check engine light that they failed to diagnose correctly. They did $600.00 of "repairs" that never fixed the problem. I became frustrated and went next door to meet with a salesman about trading it in on a new vehicle. I was told by finance department and salesmen that I could not afford what I wanted, they were rude and told me "I didn't have a choice because my car needs major repairs".
