Had the Toyota Care 5k service done here. When I took my truck to Atlanta Toyota, it was missing a lug nut. I will never bring my truck here again. My lugs have a cover over them, so they just did not put it back on, careless......
We had a horrible experience at Cherokee Toyota we bought a car not even three weeks later we had to bring it into the service department because of issues that we were having (note when you buy a car there you have a 60 day 2000 mile warranty that they tell you is on everything)well it's not on everything and they will not cover our rear camera on our car they told me to take it somewhere else and they would pay $200 of it but the total cost of it is over $800. Very poor customer service especially at the check out. Got my car back with greasy fingerprints all over the door, roof & hood plus got charged for shop parts/disposal for a warranty issue.
I would not recommend my worse enemy go here����
I purchased a vehicle from Cherokee county Toyota in October of 2015. Needless to say I traded it in 6 months later. They sold me a vehicle that had multiple recalls on it at the time, that they swore they knew nothing about even after I asked to see a report on the vehicle. They knew the vehicle had transmission issues and still sold it to me. I purchased a warranty because things do happen and not even a week after having the vehicle took it into service for transmission jerking and they told me I couldn't use the warranty... read more
I visited the service department several times for a check engine light that they failed to diagnose correctly. They did $600.00 of "repairs" that never fixed the problem. I became frustrated and went next door to meet with a salesman about trading it in on a new vehicle. I was told by finance department and salesmen that I could not afford what I wanted, they were rude and told me "I didn't have a choice because my car needs major repairs".
