My son has always took his Tacoma here to get the oil changed whenever service was due since we purchased from here several years ago. A few months ago, he and my husband decided to change the oil instead of taking it to Canton. Right away, it was very obvious that the filter had not been changed in a very long time based on its condition. So, we no longer will be getting oil changes there. As many reviews have said, you can't trust the sales department at this dealership to deliver what they promise. For me, I placed a deposit to reserve a new vehicle at a documented promised price and 13 months later when it was finally allocated, they added an extra 5k dollar market adjustment. Even after showing the GM the emails I exchanged when placing my deposit (which showed I was promised MSRP with no MA or dealer fees), he said the District Manager wouldn't let him sell the vehicle for any less than 5k over the MSRP... read more
Was lied to by Cherokee Toyota Service Department - No Integrity Dealership Took my car in last week for something minor. Skip, Service Technician said I needed a new axel and cv axel boots. I was quoted $1,200.00 to replace the items. I said, why is it so expensive? My service advisor Skip said, because it’s a Lexus. I left and took my car to Holly Spring Japanese Auto. 0 star for customer service! 1st time @ 21k miles the guy refused to do a car maintenance at 10am 2nd time @ 22083 miles the SAME white "mudtard" guy kept refusing to perform a car maintenance at @ 3:20pm. He said he will close @ 4pm. Okay, they pay you 8 hrs to work for less than 6 hrs okay. Worst management team and stupid HR department will hire that kind of employee. ** collision center ** Terrible service! They’ve had my vehicle longer than I was told due to mistakes they missed. I went to pickup my vehicle and noticed damage not fixed and/or done incorrectly. They don’t return calls or give good time estimates.
We are from FL and drove to Cherokee Toyota in GA to look at a Jeep. After driving the Jeep we decided to buy it. However once the owner of the dealership found out we didn’t need their financing he refused to sell us the Jeep unless they ran our credit. We called our bank and she confirmed to them they would 1 day the money to the dealership and we agreed to sign the paperwork today and not pick the Jeep up until after the dealership received the money tomorrow. Talked to service department about a key for my daughters car and was told to come on up there and that I didn’t need an appointment. (Skip) Drove all the way up there for the guy to say sorry I’m going to lunch- someone else can help you. Then told a two hour wait. Also, Liz was anything but nice. Won’t go back. The folks at Cobb Toyota are hands down more professional and efficient.
