Not a fan of the new customer experience
I had a problem with my truck running hot. They changed out parts. $4300.00 later ($2300.00) of which I have a problem with. See my truck was running hot because dirt and grass was packed between the radiator and condenser. To correct the problem Toyota install a fuel pump? Water pump and thermostat. NONE of which were the problem. Well last time they worked on it they had to recharge the ac unit. Mr. Fuller we do apologize that you have a condition with your air condition. As we explained you came in and complained about your vehicle overheating which has be fixed. It has been over 3 months during this summer with no problems with your air conditioner. Now that your a/c is having an issue we did offer to help you with the cost at employee pricing. Very good service yesterday as I decided on my new vehicle. Love my choice of the new Chr. Thanks to Mr. Sinclair and David for the great service.
If I could give a negative star it is deserved.....my service tech Jesse was great but the lack of communication between the depts is non existence. .......will never use this location again for service or recalls
If there was an option for no stars I would've put that. Their service department is appaling
Had the Toyota Care 5k service done here. When I took my truck to Atlanta Toyota, it was missing a lug nut. I will never bring my truck here again. My lugs have a cover over them, so they just did not put it back on, careless......
We had a horrible experience at Cherokee Toyota we bought a car not even three weeks later we had to bring it into the service department because of issues that we were having (note when you buy a car there you have a 60 day 2000 mile warranty that they tell you is on everything)well it's not on everything and they will not cover our rear camera on our car they told me to take it somewhere else and they would pay $200 of it but the total cost of it is over $800.
