First I want to say that all the Service Advisor were First I want to say that all the Service Advisor were friendly and attentive. I worked personally with Richard and he was great. He was friendly, knowledgable and helpful. He got me in quickly and afterwards he showed me different features in my car that I didn't know about and gave me some tips on maintaining my car. I really appreciated it as I am a first time Jeep owner. I would highly recommend Palmer Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram.

Sales person Kurt is outstanding sales man he really taken care to show the Jeep’s multiple times for test drive. He has taken care above and beyond on the deal. One of the best sales person in the dealership. GSM Nick was great enough to make the deal numbers better. I would do business again as long as give great deals. Outstanding dealership.

This was probably the least painful car buying experience This was probably the least painful car buying experience I have ever had. I expressed to my salesman that I would be coming from and hour away with my newborn son and I needed this to be as expedited as possible. When I arrived the car was ready and clean with a full tank of gas as requested. I felt my time and business was appreciated and respected. I would highly recommend this dealership.
