Refusal to honor prepaid service plan issued by Ho You better think twice before having your car serviced at Pearson Honda especially if you are from out of town and want to use your purchased service plan. Per the service manager, Pearson Honda WILL NOT honor a service plan purchased from a different Honda dealership . I purchased my Honda and a service plan from a dealership outside of the Richmond area, and went to have my Oil/filter change and tire rotation only to be informed they will not honor the coupon. Back for a third time in 2 days Came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Back for the third time, second time today. They just can’t get it right. No one cares.
CAR LEASING DONE RIGHT I came to Pearson Honda because Bill Stone was the only person that answered my internet request for leasing information. He was not pushy and I felt he gave me space but felt that he would meet me to discuss my needs at my convenience. I met with him once to discuss my needs and set up a time to test drive a vehicle that FIT my budget. I will not use this dealer again I am very unsatisfied with Pearson Honda. I used then for service to change my CV joints and the next day one of the CV joints broke in half. I missed a half of a day of work and all they would give me was part of my 1 tow bill ($14.00). I wrote the General Manager a letter and never received a reply. A few months ago I was having clutch problems and took my car in for repair. They really ripped me off and didn't fix the problem. To top it off they tried to get more money.
