Excellence and Professionalism I found everyone at Pearson to be very professional, friendly, courteous and willing to listen. I did not ever feel forced to buy. When I told my salesperson that I wanted to sell my vehicle back to the dealer I bought it from and that I wanted to work out my own financing with my credit union, he was very supportive.
