Outstanding and Hospitable I was greeted with an enormous amount of respect and kindness. No other words can describe this elder gentleman's performance. He was professional and right on top of what was unclear to me. This was very comforting to me and it helped ease the tension that I had when I first walked in. He was not pushy and did not carry a "oh well I can't help you with what you want." He was patient and listened to my every word. If it were not for him, I probably would have walked out the door.

Bought four cars at Pearson and found both sales and service excellent every time! Have to wonder about the other reviews because other customers I chatted with all love Pearson, even the people who bought at other Hyundai dealers have switched .
