Retrain employees This is my second purchase from Pearson Hyundai and my wife also purchased a vehicle. Customer service is lacking. Why? Why is purchasing a new vehicle from Pearson Hyundai like going to the dentist? Its something that you want to do but DON'T really want to deal with the pain. The employees in the financing department need retraining on how to help and assist customers with purchasing a vehicle. Very poor customer service.

Great Car Selection, Lousy Price negotiation process Apart from my previous comments, I did appreciate the size of the dealership with respect to the number of cars available to inspect (although some of them were actually stored at a nearby Infiniti dealership which was a bit annoying). The indoor showroom was also pretty cool. Please see my previous comments with respect to the price negotiation process.

Anatomy of Buying a Car I know that the process of buying/trading a car is not a 5-minute deal. However, there is much that can be refined! There is a lot of precious time wasted, sitting at one table then another, with nothing to do. Then, when you finally get to the 'check-out' phase, they throw paper after paper at you requiring what seems like 100 signatures. I thought I might have sold my house as well as my car!

Customer Service was indifferent at best. This was the third higher end car I purchased from Pearson Hyundai. Yet the purchasing experience was no where near adequate. Our sales person never explained where his pricing numbers were derived. As a result of his miscommunication or intentional omission we could not use the low financing APR that we qualify for. Great purchase turned sour two weeks after Purchase experience was great and I would've rated it a "5" until I was contacted after purchase stating they didn't collect enough money for taxes; and they needed to collect the shortage. I refused to pay this as we agreed already on an out the door price. If this price was not met that day, I would not have purchased the vehicle.

Sales yes! Service, no way! Love the sales staff. Will not work with service department. Like pulling teeth to get warranty work done. Phone calls not returned. Work not done correctly. Unfriendly service personnel.

Santa Fe sport( Brand New) We bought a new 2017 Santa fe sport, and when we paid the money , the miles on speedometer were 75. When they took out the SUV from showroom, we saw hundreds of small black spots. We asked for another SUV, but no one responded. Even the remote key had dent. service center will not return my call for two weeks. Service dept. left part off my car and now will not return my call and when I went to store they blew my off about getting back with me. Never have Two weeks now no call no communication at all. I also had my vehicle scratch up their again no call to effect to getting it fix or no communication with them at all.
