They came to my mothers house and harassed her! I was told by this dealership that when they took my lease back that I would not have to pay anything except for my final monthly payment. So I turned it in and purchased a vehicle from them. A few weeks later I got a bill in the mail for over $1,400. I called and spoke to the general manager and he told me he would look into it and get back with me that day or the next. Sketchy business practices Definitely recommend checking other Hyundai dealers in the area. They're cordial here but when it comes down to closing the deal, it's sleazy, dishonest and lies, lies, lies. Worth shopping around and doing your homework prior to signing on the line here. That goes for sales and finance. Good luck!

MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS DEALERSHIP...VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!! THIS DEALERSHIP IS A RIP OFF. THEY DIDNOT GIVE ME ANYTHING FOR MY 2005 HYUNDAI SANTE FE. I DESERVED $1500.00 AND THEY ONLY GAVE ME $750.00. THIS WAS MY 4TH HYUNDAI AND THEY ONLY GAVE ME A $500.00 REBATE TOWARD MY 2016 HYUNDAI SANTE FY. AND A REPEATED BUYER I THOUGHT THEY SHOULD HAVE GIVEN ME AT LEASE $1200.00. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THEIS HYUNDAY AGAIN. Horrid customer service My wife and I were interested in buying a Hyundai Accent or Elantra and went to Pearson on Midlothian Turnpike to test drive both. We were there twice and had interactions with three lot salesman. The first time we were there we had a super high pressure salesman who did the heavy sell on us, calling in the manager, despite the fact it was the first time we'd ever been in the vehicles and were shopping around. Financing was the best part The person who handled my financing was the best part of my experience. But my rating is based on the the sales person. I don't like being "sold". If the car is good, it will sell itself.

A very bad experience I have serious complain about the Dealership and my overall experience. I would like this matter to be reported to Hyundai Senior Management if possible. My 2016 Elantra was delivered to me in a very unprofessional manner first of all. The original sales person was not present at the time of delivery although he promised he will. I had to run across the store to find my second pair of keys which apparently seemed to have been lost initially. All the accessories in the car package (like the wheel locks) ... read more

A disappointed and dissatisfied customer Our car was purchased on September 26th and as of 10/17/15 it has actually been in our possession for a little over a week due to the following issues. - A/C blower motor replace - The front brake rotor had to be resurfaced - Loud noise when starting while cold we went to see about getting a replacement vehicle and were informed that our only option was to trade in our current vehicle for a different one. Complete crooks . They charged me for a few things that were not even done. And they told me I needed a tire replaced when it just had fix-a-flat settled in it. They never inspected this tire for safety, just scraped the sealant out. On another visit, they said the TPMS needed to be replaced also due to the sealant. It just needed to be wiped off. They tried to tell me that the use of tire sealant caused nearly $300 worth of damage on a $100 tire. The worst part is they don't include a spare tire with their cars, just a can ... read more

This is a pain the butt. Stop sending surveys. One per deal. Not one per car. 25 five words my butt. If I receive another survey my recommendation of Hyundai will disappear. Hope your happy.
